CHANTECAILLE COSMETICS << back
What if this cosmetics compact was the last place on Earth to enjoy the beauty of the ocean? Sylvie Chantecaille, the creator of the exclusive cosmetics line Chantecaille, has partnered for the second consecutive year with the Pew Institute for Ocean Science to support research and conservation initiatives to protect ocean ecosystems.
PURCHASE THE COMPACT
Contribute, one compact at a time, to a better world. Five percent of the proceeds from the sale of the new “Protected Paradise” compacts will be given to support the Pew Fellowship in Marine Conservation. The Pew Institute for Ocean Science annually provides fellowships to five outstanding individuals across the globe who are working to identify and implement solutions to critical challenges facing marine waters, wildlife, and habitats.

The brilliantly colored powders in the compacts are in an intricate embossed design depicting the diverse beauty of an underwater marine ecosystem and includes fish, a seahorse, coral, and seagrass.

The compacts are available for $90 each at:

THE COMPANY
Launched in 1997 as a small fragrance house and later expanding into a full cosmetics and skincare line, Chantecaille has always put quality at a premium. "The initial success of the fragrances was a transition for me," says Sylvie. "It gave us the confidence to expand, but it also proved that if you create something you really believe in and invest in the details, success will follow.”

Sylvie has extended that commitment to the Pew Institute for Ocean Science for two years running, forging a unique collaboration in which a portion of the proceeds from the sale of her gorgeous compacts goes to support ocean conservation. The sale of her two newest compacts—“ Protected Paradise” for the eyes and the face—will support the Pew Fellows in Marine Conservation, who work to develop and implement solutions to critical challenges in the marine realm.
